Return Policy - Colors Flame

1. RETURN PERIOD

Our policy lasts 30 days . If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

2. RETURN REQUIREMENTS

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • ✅ Be unused
  • ✅ Be in the same condition as when you received it
  • ✅ Be in the original packaging
  • ✅ Include receipt or proof of purchase

Do NOT return your purchase to the manufacturer.

3. PRODUCTS EXEMPT FROM RETURN

The following types of products CANNOT be returned :

3.1 Non-Returnable Products

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)
  • Intimate or sanitary products
  • Hazardous materials
  • Flammable liquids or gases
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

4. PARTIAL REFUNDS

There are situations where only partial refunds are granted :

  • 📚 Book with obvious signs of use
  • 💿 CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
  • ⚠️ Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • ⏰ Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery

5. REFUND PROCESS

5.1 Inspection and Notification

  • We will receive and inspect your return.
  • We will send you an email notifying you that we have received the item.
  • We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

5.2 Refund Processing

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed
  • A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
  • This will happen within a certain number of days

5.3 Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund yet:

  1. First: Check your bank account again
  2. Second: Contact your credit card company (it may take some time)
  3. Third: Contact your bank (processing time is often required)

6. ITEMS ON SALE

Only regular priced items can be refunded
Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded .

7. CHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

If you need to exchange it for the same item:

8. GIFT POLICY

8.1 Item Marked As Gift

  • ✅ You will receive a gift credit for the value of your return
  • 📧 Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

8.2 Item NOT Marked As Gift

  • 💰 We will send the refund to the person who gave the gift
  • 📩 That person will find out about your refund

9. RETURN SHIPPING

9.2 Shipping Costs

  • 💸 Shipping costs to return your item are your responsibility.
  • ❌ Shipping costs are NOT refundable
  • ➖ If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

9.3 Delivery Time

Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.

9.4 Shipping Recommendations

If you are shipping an item over $75 :

  • 📦 It is recommended to use a tracking shipping service.
  • 🛡️ Or purchase shipping insurance
  • ⚠️ We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
